The website is intended to provide information of upcoming, current, and past events. It also allows consumers to join leagues, sign up for tournaments, purchase a variety of video games and accessories, and various other games.

It is in violation of these Terms to upload any viruses, Trojans, or other computer programs designed to damage this website.

As part of the ordering and/or signing up for leagues and tournaments…the following information is collected…

Name, game playing alias (if used), shipping/billing address, email address, phone number, and credit/debit card information.

How that information is used:

The collected information is used to ship items to you quickly and efficiently. If we have any questions we will contact you by email or phone. We also use this information to allow you to enter tournaments and leagues.

Miscellaneous Information:

GTL Arcade’s web server will automatically recognize and collect information only for internal review and then discard it. Email addresses are not automatically collected.

GTL Arcade uses this information it collects to improve functionality, like search and site navigation…not for external marketing purposes. GTL Arcade does not share any information with third parties. Telephone numbers provided online will be called only if GTL Arcade has questions or concerns specific to your request.

If users provide their email or mailing address, GTL Arcade will send notifications…such as order confirmations, news of upcoming events, or promotional emails. Users may also receive occasional offers from GTL Arcade. Users may opt out of these emails at anytime.

	With your Consent – You will receive notice when information about you might go to a third party, and you will have opportunity to choose not to share that information
	A signed release – You will be required to sign a release to allow us to use your picture or comments on our website.

We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and HTTPS software technology, which encrypts information you input.

We reveal only the last 4 digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during processing.

Shipping Information –

Shipping Policy:

	You can order through the website 7 days a week – 24 hours a day.
	In stock items will ship within 3 business days unless RUSH shipment is selected (weekends not included)
	Credit Cards will be charged the day the item ships
	If your item is back ordered – you will be notified of an estimated ship date by email

Return Policy:

Customer satisfaction is our Number One Priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify GTL Arcade within five (5) days of receipt of the item and we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number and the correct address for you to return the item.

	Items must be received by GTL Arcade within 15 days of original delivery
	Some items are subject to a 20% restocking fee
	Video Games cannot be returned if opened
	If the item is defective or has pieces missing, a replacement will be sent
	Shipping is not refundable unless item was damaged in shipping
	All returns must include our order number and you must contact us prior to returning the item at info@gtlarcade.com
	If your item is damaged due to shipping please contact us right away and DO NOT DISCARD any packing material
	If an item is retuned with missing parts or not including all the original parts and the box…WE CANNOT ISSUE A REFUND

Cancellation Policy:

	Customers will be responsible for shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee on orders cancelled on delivery or refused delivery
	Orders can be cancelled at anytime within 48 hours of being placed at no penalty (unless RUSH shipment was chosen)

Warranty Information –

GTL Arcade passes all Manufacturer Warranties on to our customer. GTL Arcade makes no warranties or representations either expressed or implied, other than the Manufacturer’s warranty provided with the products we sell
